Lovely little simple pub with a minimal menu and great location. The portions are decent and the price is fair... all that let it down for me was to slow, disinterested service we received.

Love these kinds of pubs where you can chill, enjoy a cold froffy and a basket of pub food.<br/ <br/ This pub is located in a courtyard off the main road so you get away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. <br/ <br/ There is a limited menu here on typical pub food. I mean this isn't a culinary experience of note, just a typical pub with typical pub food. <br/ <br/ By all means, head here if you don't want the fine dining experience that Franshoek has to offer or you can't be bothered driving to the other pub in town.

Average pub food. We ordered burger. ribs and chips. We were not impressed with the food. The flavours could definitely improve. The ribs lacked that smokey flavour and the burger needed more herbs and spices. The pub is in a courtyard so no pretty view.

Pub and grill vibe tucked away in the heart of Franschhoek. A healthy portion of good food and a nice selection of south African craft beer on tap.

This is an unpretentious venue with the expected pub fare on offer. I ordered the hake and salad, a very generous portion and the fish was fresh and well prepared. My companions shared a pizza, lots of cheese and plenty topping. An excellent lunch.
