Pollo Tropical - Cape Coral

Unfortunately this place has been on a downward spiral for months. today's experience was the icing up. we waited 30 minutes to get our food. not only that they add something to our order that we did not demand, they forgot the bread rolls that are included with every family meal. we always check the bags because this place is notorious to forget about eating and not to tell them. we asked for a small cup of kartoffel or a small amount of plantains to make sure. the manager was not interested and obviously has no idea what the customer service is. after they wait $25 for eating and waiting 30 minutes in the line they would expect a small loss in the profit to satisfy a customer would be the right thing to do. I do not recommend this place.

Diner's intention! that was my first time I ordered from this place and it was terrible. to start the grilled chicken breast plate came with two dry chicken breast comparable to two hockeypucks! the rice and the buds had a smell that was anything but deceitful and around it dessert from the arroz con leche, the by the way a milk product was run by almost a week! absolutely alarming! I hope we don't have to deal with food poisoning tonight or tomorrow morning, but I'll keep it on going!

This was our favorite place a few years ago. it's a past, but returned today. dissatisfied is to be nice. they do not encourage them to order at the theke, but to use their phone. we were already there, so it went to the opposite. the older man was very impatient, but also nice. our orders were wrong! we have not complained since the 2 single lines (pick up/order) both were full and I never send back to eat! the five pieces of ice in our tee are melted before we came to the table. we have no salsa or sauces of any kind. I wanted to find her, but you have to wait again to get her. they are so busy with too few people. I miss the days you have your own drinks and drinks. I can't see why it can't go back at this place as it was, except for company greed! we have bowls that were mostly beans/taste. plantains were good as if they had it earlier. we will not return as there are other places that do not cut as many corners. it costs more to eat than it has ever done and then they get low-quality food.

This tropichop was so dang good. can't wait to come back. only the correct order to not be overcrowded. service was fast and friendly.

I have never been sooooo disappointed. I have eaten in the restaurant. Today I was not feeling well so I ordered to go. I ordered the churrasco with chimichurro. In the commercial the churrasco is out in a bowl over rice and beans and the chimichurros on the side. Looked so good. Hence why I ordered it. I got home and when I opened my food. I ate some first cause I was sooo hungry. But this styrofoam container had ONLY the meat it looked pathetic no side of chimichurro. Don’t understand why it wasn’t put on those little black containers. No rice and beans. I guess it was only one side with the order which I misunderstood and had a salad. I got a small soup too. This order was over 16. Don’t plan on ever coming back
