El Toro Mexican Grill - Cape Coral

After eating here many times I came in very early today before any lunch crowd with my End of Life Service dog. (Stage 4 cancer patient), and although the restaurant was basically empty my Service Dog and I were refused service. I showed them his papers and they said they didn't care. Much better food and compassionate service down pine island road at many other places who will now get my business.

I highly recommend?a familiar place to go. Everyone are friendly and the food is delicious.

I was served by Alondra, and she was very attentive and helpful, the food was quite tasty. The place was very clean which is a big plus to me, it indicates the care behind the scenes for cleaning in the kitchen which is so important in good service. I felt comfortable there and the drink I had was awesome!

Ordered a Ground Beef Taco Salad through DoorDash. It came with no ground beef and I was only credited $4.44. If you can't include a featured ingredient then you should not be in the restaurant business. Perfect end to a terrible Fathers Day.

Not only is the food delicious but I order Uber eats all of the time and they are one of the few restaurants to actually package all of the to go food in such a way to where everything stay fresh and hot and nothing gets soggy. The queso is amazing!
