Chili’s Grill - Cape Coral

I ordered the margarita chicken and when I cut into it, it was clearly undercooked. I informed the waiter while my daughter ate her sliders. The manager quickly brought me a new plate and walked away before I could discuss the issue with her. It seemed like she was annoyed. When I took a bite of the chicken again, I noticed that the original undercooked piece I had cut off was still on the plate. I informed the waiter once more and he removed my meal from the bill. As I left the restaurant, I noticed that my daughter's sliders were also undercooked. I hope she doesn't get sick. This was the first time I had a problem at this Chili's location, and it was a terrible experience.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. However, I have noticed that prices are increasing and some items on the menu are no longer available. I was informed that there are new owners who plan on raising prices, removing items from the menu, and discontinuing lunch deals. Despite these changes, the waitress was amazing and the staff was friendly. If the new owner wants to retain customers, they should remember that this is Chili's, not a high-end, expensive restaurant.

Placed an order via DoorDash and was unable to make a special request. Called the restaurant and spoke to Layla in the To-Go area. Layla was very kind and eager to update my order to accommodate my dietary needs. She also went into detail about thecooking process and ingredients in my order. I had no idea that there were certain ingredients that would hinder my fitnessgoals in this particular food item. Thank goodness I ran into someone with this caliber of service or else this could haveeasily been a completely different review. I hope to continue receiving this kind of service from this location!

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The service was fast, the establishment was clean and had plenty of space. They offer a 2 for 1 deal on house drinks. The menu was decent and my partner ordered the burger sliders, which were delicious. I opted for the salad with Quesadilla and it was very good. We will definitely return as the prices were reasonable.

The food was average. We were a party of 10 we had called earlier to set a reservation were told not to worry. When we arrived the staff seemed annoyed. The service was attentive. The restaurant was semi busy.
