Schlotzsky's - Canyon

I thought it was about to be a good experience, but now I’m in tears. I waited 33 minutes for my flatbread, while seeing a huge group get their food 10mins before me when they ordered after me. I tried to bring it to the cashier’s attention, just to be heard (she was nice before), and I was met with a nasty attitude. I waited a total of 40 minutes altogether, and I would not have ordered if I knew it was going to take that long.And I wasn’t heard. That’s what I wanted.

Avocado on salad was brown and inedible. Waste of $2.00.

Two for 1 pizzas are a go to. Chicken avocado is spectacular. Zesty sauce and fresh avocado.

Schlotzsky’s used to be known for giving you a pickle with your sandwich. Most people love that. It even asks when you order online if you don’t want the pickle. I’m disappointed that they never add in the pickle with the sandwich as it is listed as something that comes with the meal. I’m going to have to start asking before I leave to make sure I get them. But otherwise the sandwiches have always been really good

The food was good and the service was good and it was nice and quiet.
