Wendy's - Canton

Wendy's is one of the best places I have ever visited during my vacation in the United States. The burgers are superb and delicious, the food is always fresh, and the staff are friendly and always smiling while taking your order. It is a great place to spend quality time with your family or chill with friends for dinner or lunch. I highly recommend visiting this relaxing place, and I will definitely be returning during my next visit to the states.

This location is the best! I attempted to order an Uber Eats delivery from the other Ford Rd location at 41465 Ford Rd, which was terrible. They hung up on me multiple times and never answered the phone, only to breathe on the line and hang up. I ordered a baconator combo and discovered it was covered in mayo, which I am allergic to. Fortunately, I checked it before eating or I would have ended up in the hospital. I will never return to that location again. Octavia was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting me in contacting the district manager and offering to make me a new sandwich, even though it was not their fault. I have never been treated so well by a worker like Octavia. Stephanie, the district manager, was also very kind. Thank you all for your help. I will only be returning to this location in the future. The food at this restaurant was delicious. I ordered the Asiago combo and everything was fresh. The strawberry lemonade was good too. The drive-through cashier was friendly.

Has always been great since the Masons ran the joint.

Online order, website specified I could get in. When I tried to walk in, the manager was extremely rude for me and insisted that I go through the drive-thru and don't come in. I came to the house and the command was screwed up. the fries and our chili beakers were half full. never again.
