Wendy's - Canton

The food at this restaurant was delicious. I ordered the Asiago combo and everything was fresh. The strawberry lemonade was good too. The drive-through cashier was friendly.

Wendy's is one of the best places I have ever visited during my vacation in the United States. The burgers are superb and delicious, the food is always fresh, and the staff are friendly and always smiling while taking your order. It is a great place to spend quality time with your family or chill with friends for dinner or lunch. I highly recommend visiting this relaxing place, and I will definitely be returning during my next visit to the states.

I had two bad experiences here in the last two weeks. first I wait for ten minutes in the orderbox and waited for them to take my order while it wasn't even someone before me in the line! Not to mention the person who took the order was almost incomprehensible. today I paid for a premium sandwich combo (Bürbon-Bacon-Cheeseburger) and instead received a regular single cheeseburger. there was no reception in the bag. I was gone before I noticed the mistake, and was on the way to work, so I had no time to turn around. I am ready to patiently train for the employee training, but bad customer service, and inaccurate fulfillment is a whole other thing.

Slowest drive thru they ever experience. there is no way out of the drive-dru line, so if they move in, they are obliged until all cars are through.

Online order, website specified I could get in. When I tried to walk in, the manager was extremely rude for me and insisted that I go through the drive-thru and don't come in. I came to the house and the command was screwed up. the fries and our chili beakers were half full. never again.
