We go at least once a month, if not anymore, last night we went and the service was terrible. We sat and it took 15 minutes until the waitress came by, took 35 minutes for cookies, and we had to ask another server to get them for us while all around us had theirs, so it wasn't one thing that wasn't up. There were no refills until I knocked down the waitress. Crab legs came cold and without the cracker to open them, and without lid over them. I asked for more napkins and it took another 10 minutes. Potatoes with mash had a cover over them as if they were sitting outside for a long time. I was sick halfway through the meal and had to go. I called and spoke to the anger and she gave a full refund, but it is really annoying this day and age where it is a real treat to eat to food and service that is terrible. As a server, I would never give this kind of service. They weren't so busy so there's no excuse. There were even two servers on their phones will not come back. It's a shame this place needs a lot of help. And they menus were dirt with cookies on them.

Disappointed. Website portrayed Endless Shrimp on Monday. Even the restaurant called earlier today to confirm and was told. Had better known than the parking lot was almost empty when we were moved in. Asked the server that explains that Endless Shrimp is a not special in August. We should have asked the host before we sit. I felt guilty after we were already sitting, but wished we had it. Do you have more money at the dinners we really wanted? Nothing that the server did wrong, he was friendly and apologetic and was tilted accordingly. But your staff must learn the menu or know the daily specialties when someone calls. Not sure we're back.
Well it was weird. Something about not having straws. We actually had to ask for silverware when we got our appetizers. The waiter was slow. Either that or the kitchen was simply slow. The scallops my husband got were not done. The baked potatoes came WAY after the meal and the Sangria tasted weird. But the place was clean.
