Our server Angela truly made it a 5 star experience. She went above and beyond what was asked by anticipating our needs. The meals that we received were cooked properly and tasted GREAT. We look forward to going back soon. Good job RedLobster???????????? .
We go here at least once a month if not more , last night we went and the service was horrible . We were seated and it took 15 min for the waitress to come over , took 35 min for biscuits and we had to ask another server to get them for us , meanwhileeveryone around us had theirs so it wasn’t a matter of them not being up . No refills were given until I flagged waitress down. Crab legs came out cold and without the cracker to open them , and with no cover over them. I asked for more napkins and ittook another 10 minutes. Mashed potatoes had a covering over them as if they were sitting out for a long time . I got sickhalf way through the meal and had to leave . I called and talked to the manger and she gave a full refund , however it’sreally upsetting in this day and age where it Is a real treat to go out to eat to have food and service that is terrible. As aserver I would never give this kind of service . They were not that busy so there is no excuse . There were even two servers ontheir phones Will not be returning. It’s a shame ….. this place needs a lot of help. And them menus were dirt withbiscuits on them .
