O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Canton

8:40pm on a Tuesday, my husband I were craving a burger. We tried to place an online order with O'Charleys and were notified that they were closing soon. It was too late to place an online order. Quickly, we decided to give the restaurant a call to see if, by chance, they would allow us to place a curbside order so close to the restaurant's closing time. Let me tell you, the customer service we received was outstanding. Before taking our order, the sweet young lady on the other line asked if we could be there by 9:00pm because they were closing soon. We swiftly left and when we arrived to the restaurant, the O'Charley's staff quickly helped us with our curbside order. When we got home, we were astonished by the size of the Western Cheese Burger. It was cooked perfectly to our request of medium-well. The fries were crisp and seasoned to perfection. Not in our photos, was my order of Cod Fish and Chips. I asked for extra tarter sauce and they delivered by giving me a large serving. The cod was crispy on the outside and flaky (not over cooked) inside. Fish and Chips are one of my favorite meals and this entree did not disappoint. We appreciate the extraordinary meal and excellent customer service from our hometown, Canton O'Charley's.

Ordered food to go for my son and daughter in law after coming home with new baby. I ordered the chicken tenders and sides. The food was hot and ready to go. Service was quick and a reasonable price in these times! Enough food left over for another day. They were very pleased!!!

Was there for a family birthday dinner. The waiter forgot to turn our order in. After 45 minutes he found our tickets. So another 45 minutes. From 11:45 to 2 o'clock was our time there. I understand mistakes happened. But more attention should have been applied, food was not what we expected. Steak nachos were no steak. It was ground beef. We were not happy on this visit. May not go back.

Waitress nice but got rotten marinara sauce on daughter?s food when asked for extra. Asked waitress to smell then informed by her she couldn?t smell or taste as we look around she?s the only one wearing mask. WOW some of us work with elderly and maybe being informed so we have a choice to leave would be nice.

This place was amazing to say the least. i come here all the time for their salmon or the BBQ ribs? to die for by the way. I was so blessed to have the best and cutest server, lucia. she made my experience from a 10 to an 11, she always made sure my drinks were full, my rolls were restocked (i eat those like candy) and just overall had the best attitude. definitely coming back!
