Hope this helps to evaluate and change the situation I do love DD either way. Just want tomake it more pleasant for potentially new customers.
Espresso is like water. They overcharge for caramel and I noticed they hear a lot of people asking for extra caramel that?s because it?s not there in the first place! There needs to be like a line on the cup a recommendation line and then be on thatline yes you can be charged for extra caramel. But I guarantee you could give everyone in the store an empty cup and have themput one pump of caramel even two and they?re all going to be different. I go to many locations every single day I have a boostedstatus this is the only location that I literally dread coming to and I have to worry about my coffee being caramel milk and tancolored water. And there has been one incident that I nicely asked a question or made a complaint and the owner wanted to ban mefrom the store. I am a manager myself it?s just the Inconsistencies that are super disappointing.
I rarely give out one stars. But... I will try to never return to this Dunkin' donuts. The workers here will prioritize the drive-thru over you, and if you go inside to try to order, they won't help you. I can't support this. If the manager is thisperticular over drive thru being fast, it should be a two to one. Not just simply ignore the people in the lobby. Also, I wacheda woman in front of me wait well over 10 minutes for her order. I don't even think it was that complicated. There are so manyDunkin' donuts in this state and you might think this isn't a big deal, and it isn't really... but I don't see any reason whythey should have five stars. I will pick a different place.
Went there twice and both times had the worst service. Young female cashier has a bad attitude the whole time, then doesn't even call your name/number when the order is ready. Just let's it sit there an get cold, then has an attitude when you ask ifit is ready. Won't be going back.
New store seems effected even with lots of visitors checking it. Staff was sweet and knowledgeable. Coffee was good
