Dunkin' - Canton

My drive through order was short 1 donut (I ordered a sandwich and a donut). I called immediately to request a refund. Since the authorized party wasn't in, I left a message. I never received a follow up call. I called again...It's been months and no credit yet on my card. So, rather than pursue a $1.15 refund, I thought I'd let everyone know to double check their order before leaving the drive through.

Many Dunkin donuts have incompetent workers, but this has employees who make your order exactly as you ask in contrast to many others, cutting the corners and shortcuts on there making coffee skills

I visited this place last night, and my friend ordered me a milk-free hot chocolate. The lady over the intercom told UGHH was sure, and was extremely rude as soon as she got into the window. We paid and I drank the drink. It wasn't milk-free and I was terrible sick all day. The next time you can not fill out a beverage request, please say that to be good for your customers. I'd like to have ordered some oat milk. It was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company.

I'm someone who tends to stick to my routines, so I always order the medium caramel coffee and occasionally a donut. Each time, it has been consistently good. For the first time, I noticed the customer label on the cup, which shows that you can customize your order with specific cream and sugar servings. I really appreciate this because it allows me to manage my calorie, fat, and sugar levels while I'm trying to lose weight. Thank you, Dunkin!
