Bidra med feedbackI pulled on their door handle at 8:55 and the lady who works at the location in Canonsburg screamed they were closed. I work in retail and customer service and I was always taught to serve the customers until the closing time, sometimes staying after. Yeahit?s annoying but they are OPEN UNTIL 9! Won?t be coming back because of her.
The lighting can be misleading; it appears closed, but it's actually open. The staff is very friendly and managed to get me seated and served in under five minutes. The food is decent, and I plan to return in the future.
I did not receive the dish I ordered. I specifically wanted the Old World pepperoni pizza with the caramelized crust, but instead, I got a regular pizza. When I informed the staff about the mix-up, they told me that no one knew how to make it. Since the pizza I ordered was more expensive, I requested a partial refund. However, they said they would only refund the entire order if I returned the pizza. This is really frustrating. Why offer a dish if nobody knows how to prepare it? This suggests either laziness or poor management—probably a combination of both. I won't be dining there again.
You generally get what you pay for, although that isn't always the case here. The food isn’t particularly impressive, but it serves as a quick and affordable lunch option that's decent enough to eat.
I didn't receive what I ordered. I had requested the Old World Pfefferoni with the caramelized crust, but instead, I got a regular pizza. I mentioned to the staff that it seemed no one knew how to prepare it. The pizza I ordered was pricier, so I asked for a partial refund. However, they said they would only refund the entire order if I returned the pizza. This is frustrating. If you can't make it, why even list it on the menu? It feels either like laziness or incompetence, and I think it's a bit of both. I won't be dining there again.
