Bidra med feedbackI ordered takeout from this restaurant and the staff are always friendly. The chicken sandwiches and hamburgers are delicious.
Yesterday, I visited this restaurant with my friend while taking our dog for a walk. I had been craving an Oreo shake, so I went inside while my friend waited outside. The girl who took my order had a very unfriendly and rude attitude, as if she didn't enjoy her job. I asked for a mask to wear, but she claimed they had not received the green light yet, despite other customers sitting and eating inside. I suggested she could check my vaccination card (which I had a photo of on my phone), but she refused. I left the restaurant feeling disappointed. As I was leaving, I noticed my order sitting on the counter, but no one called my number. I asked another girl if it was my order, she confirmed and I mentioned the lack of notification. This type of customer service ruins the reputation of the restaurant. I suggest these employees find another job if they cannot handle interacting with customers in a polite manner. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I dislike that every time I visit Habit, my burger is always overcooked. It pains me to see it that way. At least the fries were cooked correctly.
I'm sorry that this isn't a bad habit I've ever had, at 2 different locations was undercooked, I wouldn't go back and feed this food my dogs. the staff is rude and pretty stupid, I think there are cooks on drugs?
Unfortunately, a lot went wrong upon ordering from The Habit. Called to order over the phone, but before getting to talk to someone, the system would error with invalid entry, try again Successfully ordered pick up through a third party service. Upon arrival, their doors were sealed shut. Sign said to use drive-thru. The line was dangerously out of the parking lot and into the road, so I decided to cancel the order. After a long drawn out explanation of why I was cancelling, the third party service followed protocol and gave them a call. They also, could not get a human on the line. After receiving a refund, still hungry, I decided to give their drive-thru a chance, knowing very well I should have given up. Food received was incorrect, with wrong and/or missing toppings. Meat was either old or very well done. I'm saddened I could not tell the difference. On a burger-scale of McDonald's to Eureka, this comes in a touch above McDonald's.
