Subway - Canmore

Worst experience of customer service. Night shift staff on a wednesday needs training. Rushing the order and later gave my order to the man ordered before me to give him his correct order. He ended up having 2 sandwiches and i have not heard a simple sorry and i need to wait for my sandwich which I wasted my time ordering ended up with the man before me. Not worth of giving a tip, which I did. Please analayze first the situation before messing things around which definitely not a good customer service. Im just so hungry and your service is not acceptable. Rude! You could have said sorry for me too and not only the man before me which you feed more than I payed for. Hopefully the owner of this store train his worker on how to make things right and not making customers feels this is the worst subway experience.

Great service. Have been here many times when it?s very busy and the staff gets the line through quick. Always a great view of the mountains from inside! Went today and one of the girls loaded up our meat, which is always a nice treat after spending the morning outside!

Nice restaurant! I had gone to the Freshii and ordered a salad, but they had no chicken, and their washroom was out of toilet paper. My son wanted a sandwich so we went to Subway. He ordered a footlong chicken and husband ordered a footlong egg and ham on flatbread. It has been a while since we 've been to a Subway (pre-covid) and not sure if it 's just this location but my husband was raving about the egg and how good it was and it looked different than the egg before. More like real egg! The egg used to be a round pancake looking creation that could fold. Now the egg looks more like something you could cook at home. As I was eating my salad from Freshii with no s+p (oh yeah did I mention they didn 't have that), thinking gosh they put too much dressing, I perused the subway menu and saw their salads looked like a better deal. I lamented to my husband that I should have gotten my salad here and he said, Just get one anyways, you can eat it later! So I did! I ordered a turkey bacon avocado, got a sample of the new Green Goddess dressing on a cucumber and decided it wasn 't to my taste so I went with the Ceasar. The regular salad was cheaper than Freshii and same size. As for the rest of the restaurant, their washroom was clean and stocked and the rest of the restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly and competent.

Staff is very rude and food quality is bad. We have purchased 60$ food and chicken patty in burger was very bad so the other food items.

Efficient service, the Chicken Rancher was delicious, generous indoor seating.
