Amazing delicious food and excellent customer service. Shout out to Tony who is so friendly and funny! Ordered chicken wings, pork belly, pad see ew and massaman beef curry. Couldn't fault any dish. Was impressed the staff took into account that one of us doesn't like spice. So half of the pork belly had chilli and other half didn't. The attention to detail and listening to customers is so appreciated. Although some of the prices are overpriced it is worth it and large servings. Food was filling we had no room for the fried ice cream. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed by such beautiful and quite sophisticated design. Every single detail here makes the experience very memorable. Booked for a 7PM family dinner at Holy Basil on Good Friday 29/03. Turned up to the restaurant and the sheet said we booked for 17:00/5PM which clearly wasn 't the case. Male staff at the front said that 's what it says on the sheet and didn 't care nor tried to rectify it and went back to do his other tasks. Not gonna wait as we had a party of 8 and the wait would have been too long especially on a Public Holiday. Wanted to try there since it 's popular amongst locals but guess not. Changing my review from 1/5 to 4/5 stars Loves that all the food come altogether at one. The price is more compared to local Thai restaurants but the food was great.
