Sumo Salad ANU - Canberra

New management has turned this place around in under two weeks! The quality of service, food and atmosphere has improved ten-fold! The coffee and range of toasted sandwiches  are just what my winter mornings need.

Been a frequent here at the anu sumo salad store. I really do enjoy the freshness, quality and flavour of the serves. Apart from that, the service was friendly awesome.Kudos!

This Sumo Salad will be closed temporarily from 24th of December,2015 and will reOpen on the 4TH of JAN 2016.Greater salads and service  will be back on the 4th of Jan 2016

Much nicer since they started closing the doors in the morning as I had stopped coming because of that and would go to a warm Cafe instead. Wonderful healthy food for a reasonable price considering the location and what I am sure are high overheads. The soup bar is a wonderful idea. Music is also at a reasonable volume rather than blasting like some over excited cafes are prone to doing.

I recently ate here whilst travelling through. It was nice to get a fresh salad and not some junk food! After a long day of travel, I was after some fresh goodness. Sumo salad ANU had a great selection nice salads. Good prices, good portions. I didn't expect it to fill me up so fast! Kept my tummy happy for the rest of the day till dinner! I decided to grab a soup slammer to go along. Best choice of the day I must say. Satisfying and wholesome. Wish we had one of these in NZ.
