Le Rendezvous - Canberra

Have been going there around 4 times a year for last 2 years. Tonight was the worst service ever. Food took 1 hour to come, 1 meal sent back because it was cold, never to return. Manager didn't take anything off the bill, except for meal that never returned. Girl's work catch up now looking for another venue!

Appalling attitude of so-called Owner. A group of 10 had lunch there today (19 December 2013) and I ordered The Lot Pizza without olives or pineapple. After about 30 minutes the meals started arriving (so very slow service) and when my pizza came out, it had olives and pineapples on it. I pointed this out to the waitress, who took the pizza back inside and came back out and said that they could make a new pizza if I so wished. My family went there for dinner and we were very dissapointed, we were seated at 6:45 and after waiting until 8:15 we stood up and left. The kids did get there meals and they enjoyed them, but when we finally stood up and left the man who was at the register was very rude and in an un friendly voice told us to try Pizza Hut next time! So I don't recommend it as they are biting off more then they can chew with take away and a packed restaurant, very slow, disappointing service, and the acoustics in the out side tables are terrible!

First of all if your thinking of eating here beware!! I ordered the King Prawns in garlic side salad grilled bread. No KP just frozen small marinara prawns served soggy cold smothered in garlic flopped onto my bread so it had the texture of a wetex. All this on a fithy plate to boot....pathetic

Rude, offensive service Never going back. Asked for an extra hot coffee got lukewarm. When I pointed this out when I was about to leave, the proprietor said, 'What, do you want to cheapskate out of it? ' He then said if we wanted hot coffee there were plenty of other places around where we could go. Note to proprietor: perhaps that 's why you had so many empty tables and everywhere else in Manuka was packed.
