Bidra med feedbackA large order for picking up from the ship this morning, got a call a few hours later my order due to short personals cancel. can't just put an order back to the day for later, just cancel it completely? that is not possible to keep customers. we're not going to buy here anymore.
This pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy! They spent all this money to redo their pharmacy that now has 3 windows to pick up your prescriptions. Why have 3 windows when they only always have 1 person working the window so there's always a line and people waiting? This is very frustrating! Kroger you need to get some more of your employees out from behind the counter in the pharmacy and work the windows so that there's not always a line waiting to pick up prescriptions! Makes no sense to have 3 windows in case it gets busy if you're only going to have 1 person working 1 of the pick up windows! The staff are friendly and helpful so I'm giving them 4 stars for that but, because the service is slow due to a line every time I go to the pharmacy, I'm subtracting 2 stars and only giving this pharmacy 2 stars. Fix the problem and I'll update my review and give them a higher rating.
Good variety, many items for quick in out. Many organic items available. Pleasant baggers cashier. Clean store. Shipping department very nice.
The lady with the blueish purplish hair was lazy rude. I brought the plastic bottle stand that sits on the shelf when the bottles are held upfront or in the back(due to pricing and the theft of the product . Then she says immediately says this isn 't for sale as if I were trying to buy a piece of plastic with a sticker on it. Anyways, I tell her that I want that bottle from the back and she proceeds to tell me we don 't have it in the back mind you she didn 't look, didn 't get a product check or anything just asked the lady that was super busy wether they had them or not. Like make it make sense. Then she was being rude shaking her head bc I asked her are you sure like are you sure bc you 're lazy and didn 't even try to check for it. Regardless she needs to be retrained on service . Customer service, first we say hi how are you guys doing today. Instead of ID . Just to not have the bottle. It 's giving lazy and needs a new job ! So get it together.
