Came by after understanding they would have an item on hold for me. Looked online at hours and on the sign on the road outside the store.. it was wrong they closed 1 hr earlier and didn't it was only crossed out on the actual door. I traveled from far. Really far. And the surprise fish for the camping trip just didn't happen :

The next day, I steamed salmon and placed a piece of dry kelp at the bottom, adding ginger and green onions, with the salmon on top. I drizzled it with sake and olive oil to keep the fish moist and steamed it for about 8-10 minutes. I finished it off with some sushi soy sauce.
