My wife and I visit this restaurant once a week. They have a great selection and their made-to-order sushi is prepared quickly. I would highly recommend dining in at this place.

I had a great dinner at this restaurant tonight. We sampled a few different dishes. I particularly liked the udon vegetable soup, which had thinly sliced vegetables and a delicious broth. The sushi was fresh and there was a wide variety being constantly added to the train. The edamame was served warm and salty. I can't wait to dine here again in the future.

Every eat street or eat hub needs a sushi train, and Ashin fills that niche wonderfully in the densely packed Beamish St stretch. As with most stores on the strip, it isn't much for outward looks but inside you'll find a warmly (and dimly) lit, cosy restaurant where you can get your fix of a rolling selection of freshly made sushi, sashimi, and nigiri, among others. This is definitely a place to visit to satisfy those cravings, especially if you're needing the convenience of a quick and tasty meal.
