Mcdonald's Long Street

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, was charged with that as well, however I received a roll with 2 patties and some tomato sauce inside only. No cheese. I would have had something else had they informed me about this, however they did not. Was dry, bland and took way too long to be given to me like that. Shocking.

Small parking space and relatively long waiting time for what's meant to be “fast” food. A near 25min wait and it wasn't full, busy or the weekend (which would be understandable). Alternatively I'd prefer to just go to the one at Greenpoint atleast there's a drive thru so that's something. Cajun chicken burger all the way!!

Absolutely terrible experience. The menu is missing several items. I've noticed that McDonald's has responded to previous negative reviews from over three months ago, but nothing has changed. I would rate it a 0/10 and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The cashiers were very friendly.

They truly live up to the name "fast" in fast food. The food is absolutely delicious!
