Bruegels Pizza

**Pros:** 1. You can draw on the tables, which is a really fun touch! 2. The pizzas are fantastic. 3. Definitely try the garlic snails; they’re a highlight. 4. The atmosphere is lovely. 5. The service is excellent. **Cons:** 1. It can get a bit crowded and noisy at times.

Just a heads up: the prices need to be updated, as most are now around R100. I only wish they were open for lunch and delivered to Pinelands—I would definitely order from them more often!

I absolutely love the atmosphere of this place—the friendly staff, the paper and crayons, and the artwork all contribute to a great experience. I even have a doodle displayed on the wall! The milkshake is one of the most delicious I've ever had, and the pizza is fantastic as well.

Always good pizza. Pictures on the walls. Kids love it. It's definitely the place to go for a very relaxed time with the family. Sit in or take away.

Bruegels makes some of the best pizza in Cape Town, fresh-tasting thing bases and interesting toppings are the order of the day. The inside of this restaurant feels like a children's daycare center, with crayon drawings covering the walls and the feeling that things are just slightly dirtier that you'd expect from a restaurant that is charging R100+ for a pizza. I love the fact that you can draw on the tablecloths, or rather table-paper. A very cool conversation starter, and something to do for the odd person in your group that isn't very interesting but can draw. Despite great pizza, I give these guys a 3.5 based on their slightly-too-small portions and slightly-too-high prices. However, I cannot deny that I would certainly go back.
