The Riverview Restaurant - Campbellford

Today we had a reservation for a retirement party and 15 people were able to make it. Due to our work hours, Sunday at 6 pm was our only option as open till 9 pm every other night. They were more than willing to accommodate us, if we were not ready to leave by 8 pm their closing time. The food was amazing, as always along with the service. With 15 people, we were so pleased that all meals were coming out at the same time and no one sat waiting. A big shout out to our server Lindsay, our cooks and all other employees that assisted tonight! If you need to plan a special get together for a large or small group, we all would highly recommend. Thank you so from RX Drugmart (Guardian) for making Donna, 's retirement dinner a big success!

This is a nice place to sit and look out over the trent river in Campbellford, while you enjoy your meal. The windows could do with a cleaning outside. But the staff are friendly. A coffee station within the seating area, would make less steps for the waitresses. It is one, of two places in Campbellford with the river view. That makes it, a go to place. Too bad more businesses, don't make the view more of a priority.

Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Partner and I are on a day trip in the Cambellford area and stumbled across this place. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but it has a gorgeous view of the river from their sunroom, super friendly staff and delicious food! Burger, sandwiches and fries were all tasty with nice texture. Very reasonable prices.

Don't order the eggs benny and if your wait is more than 20 minutes... just walk away. Our food came out cold and cooked wrong. Waited almost an hour in a restaurant thay was only half full. No offer of coffee, apologies for wait or cold food... just a shrug and an ok before walking away when we politely stated the issue.

One of the long-standing establishments in Campbellford nice to see them still there. Enjoyed sitting along the water watching the kayakers and boats
