A&W Canada - Campbell River

I noticed on our way to home after leaving the trip thru at a w location in the discovery harbour shopping center / campbell river river today afternoon that there were no fries in the bag of my young sohnes of eating (I had ordered him a combo meal.) I had to turn around and back to drive thru to get my sohn his pommes straight to say that he had asked me to drive back I asked him about it as I expected something that would be offered free apology for the error, but instead he calculated the full price for the rider, with not even one suggestion to refund the original order and to ring it properly so that I get my significant discount for the combo with pommes. I paid the full price for the rider anyway, and demanded a kind of postponement for the overload, and after the conversation with the layer manager, everything he could offer was a turnover. I'm really very happy with my food/experiences in a w restaurants, but as a person who worked many years in the customer service industry, I had hoped for better today. not a happy customer.

Order Fries..no small only medium available...ok pays about $4 for a miniskule quantity. asked for decaf, no available. ok in a number, pommes are put on my table. ten minutes later it was about the personal to my pommes. the load wasn't even busy. I'm not going back.

Eating was freshly hot. loved the icy cold root beer in a frost cup. the restaurant was clean, friendly staff. very impressed by a w!

This location is pretty damn good but not perfect. Order is right like 89% of the time which is very high

Love the beyond burgers. Quality food. A&W is amazing.
