Bidra med feedbackThere was only one reservation available on Open Table for NYE, and now I know why. This restaurant doesn’t check their Open Tables resv so it didn’t matter. We weren’t the only table this happened to. They did get us sat quickly regardless, which was good. The drinks were disappointing, don’t order a JT margarita. It’s a rum punch/pineapple punch (no lime) at best and the waitress said it was our job to mix the drink not hers.... we ordered two rib eyes and the meatball appetizer. I wanted the pork chop but they were out. We heard the hostess telling other tables service would be slow and the kitchen was backed up 45 mins but no one ever acknowledged that for us. About 15 mins after we ordered we were told one of us had to switch because they only had one rib eye. No problem, my boyfriend swapped for the bison burger. The meatballs arrived and were as disappointing as the drinks. Do not order them. They are the bag of frozen meatballs from Walmart. After a significant wait, and no acknowledgement of a wait from our waitress, our food arrived. The ribeye was cooked really well but just didn’t taste amazing. I will say my boyfriend loved the bison burger, it was incredible and the only bright spot of the food/drinks. Finally our bill came, and we were upcharged for the Mash with the burger. You would think after the wait and forced switch they would comp the side change, but not at this place. The wait staff was nice enough, but completely unaware/inattentive. If you see a reservation open I strongly suggest you keep looking, it’s not worth the drive.
Wonderful food without the high prices...recommend you pay them a visit.
Very friendly fast service. Ate there for Sunday breakfast. Every dish was excellent from chicken fried steak and eggs to crab Benedict and green chili egg burritos. Something for everyone here. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again when going through camp Verde.
Sitting in the restaurant writing the review while waiting for a check. If you come here that is what you do, wait. Service is slow both in the kitchen and with the servers. Had to ask for water twice, there is a Covid mask sign on the door, not being followed and the serving staff doesn’t wear them. We waited 59 minutes for an order that was wrong. We will not be back but I feel that this place will soon be on the national TV show Bar Rescue, so stay tuned to see what happens. Not sure how long I should wait for my bill after asking? Maybe just leave my business card and tell them to bill me? Wow, what a joke. I’m posting this review in hopes they will see it and speed this painstaking process up.
Food was delivered, but we had to wait for utensils. Friendly staff is so friendly and relocated, they chat with customers, but end missing requests from others. It took 6 minutes to get a glass of water.
