Food safety rating is only 3 no wonder we had such a bad time. Swains lane worse. Really worrying safety standards

This place used to be excellent, but it has changed. The service today was appalling the waitresses have a ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude the one making my coffee sneezed in it! The food served omelette and potato’s was so full of oil I could not eat it. Sad to see what was once a really great place with great food and friendly staff has now turned to barely mediocre I strongly do not recommend.

Worst experience Incompetent and rude staff with no decorum, negligent Manager. I was locked in the bathroom and a customer had to free me(! . Trying to unlock the door compromised the surgery I had on my hands the day before (bad timing or what . The staff who were without apology said oh yeah, it 's broken, we should probably have put a note on the door. Then the Manager Mohammed, could not care a less. He offered no apology and instead tried to tell us the lock was fine. Hideous place. Many customers consoled us and agreed that Roni, Hampstead is dreadful. An embarrassment to the area

1 no difference from feta to chicken cubes visually in the display salads and no description ...so easy to be confused if your a vegetarian looking at the salads..ie all vegetarian except for the chicken cubes mixed in with vegetables..basically all mixed up with no advise or labels. My partner was sick and really upset that she ate meat after 30 years and the boss couldn't care less ..look at the photo ..thats chicken not feta

Brilliant food excellent service would recommend to anyone. Love it here so much. Perfect place for Anniversary meal. I could not fault the food.
