Bidra med feedbackOrdered two chocolate shakes, cheeseburger, wobble rings and a bacon poutine during the journey through. at the window they gave me my shakes and told me to pull into a spot and my food would be brought out. minutes later, my food will be brought. I live minutes away. the cheeseburger and tweebel rings were cold, the poutin was warm and muddy and the chocolate shakes melted. the chocolate shakers had the whole chocolate on the bottom and all white on the top. they had not been stirred. I don't complain in general, but this isn't the first time this happened. we will not be back
First time at this Harveys and certainly will be my last......Took forever in line up to place my order....then was given the wrong order. Went back in to change it and was surprised to hear all women bickering and complaining....seemed like total confusion.......most unprofessional...environment that I have been in in a long time. Not sure if these are franchises, but if so, this owner has a LOT of work to do.
I ordered a combo deal through the Harvey's mobile app, but when I went to pick up my order at the drive-thru, the employee had missed some items. When I went back to inform her, she claimed I hadn't paid for those items and offered them to me as charity. I insisted that I had paid for the entire order, as confirmed by the online confirmation email I had. However, she refused to acknowledge the email and only referenced the store's receipt. When I questioned the value of the confirmation email, the general manager at Harvey's in Cambridge, ON instructed me to leave or she would call the police. Despite the police confirming I was not at fault, the manager showed no remorse for the mix-up with the mobile app and instead treated me disrespectfully. I was surprised to learn that the restaurant and its mobile app were apparently separate entities. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be giving them my business again. If I could give this review a rating lower than terrible, I would. Absolutely appalling experience.
The young who accepts my order could not get it directly at the money, should know that this would not be good. although it was not busy, it took minutes or more to get my order what was wrong.
This is by far the worst Harvey's I've ever been to. I don't understand why it takes so long to cook everything. Every other Harvey's I've ever visited gets you your food in a few minutes. If you go to the drive thru be prepared...to wait to get your food. Inside isn't any better. I went with a friend and waited forever to get my food. Once I got it we had to wait for her food which took another ten minutes. she asked twice why it was taking so long and they replied that they make the burgers fresh so their hot. Well my burger was cold and so were my fries by this point. Once she finally got her burger the girl dressed it so sloppily there were condiments all over the package and burger bun. I get they make everything fresh but so does every other location and you don't have to wait as long. Go to Swiss Chalet instead, at least you'll be sitting down rather than waiting around in the huge lineup of people who are always there waiting for food. Will avoid this location at all costs in the future.
