The food was very fat. Has mango salad, most salad and Korean bbq short ribs that were tasteless. Lemongrass chicken seemed okay. Waiters wore mature jeans and sweatshirts... It was hard to say who they were! Not with the beautiful interior. Will not...back:

Prices are MUCH higher than 2 years ago. For more than 15 years we have gone to this restaurant and the food quality has declined as prices have increased significantly. They calculate 15% of the congratulations for tables of 6 or more... even if it is a family with 2 adults and children. Added things to our order and if said we did not order, they were accused anyway, this happened for 2 items. The service was never particularly good, but it is now terrible. Do not make the table as clear as things are done, did not give us enough cutlery, straw or teacups for our party. Only general terrible service with rude attitudes. Paid $250 for a very disappointing family dinner.

I visited this restaurant a few years ago when I visited my sister in Canada and loved food and friendly service. What happened?! The service is practically not existent and, while we have agreed to it, given the challenges Covid presented, there are no...excuses for food. It has absolutely no relation to Thai food. Our pad Thai was a great soggy mess of noodles sown in a cheap tomato sauce. It was as far as possible from a real pad Thai. Although we all chose different meals, we all ate half and had to stop at a farewell on the way home. A complete waste of money.

After Covid, prices have gone up and the quality of the food has dropped. I will no longer be dining here. The food is of poor quality and you do not receive good value for your money.

Ordered 315, which details and shows a picture of a fried spring roll with BBQ beef, and vermicelli platter. Received dried (not hydrated) rice paper sheets and luke warm beef, with vermicelli. When we called, they said correct items had been sent then...rudely told us we did not understand. The picture on their menu is very clear and this is not what we received, and to have such terrible customer service is not acceptable. And we paid $8.00 delivery for a meal we did not eat. AVOID THIS PLACE, overpriced, food arrives not as ordered, and not hot.
