Mr. Woody's Smokin' -b-que

I just heard (posthumously) that the sit-down restaurant at this location has closed, but the catering side of the business will remain open. That is such a shame, as I though this place was very nice inside, and the food was pretty good. Apparently, they closed without any big announcement, and I suggested to a neighbor that we should go eat there, and they said, you mean the place that just closed because they couldn 't find people to work their? (Me: Sad, startled, surprised face)!!! Well, thanks but no thanks for announcing your closure on social media (not), so I could have at least visited one last time ... oh well, no cheers for you!!! P.S. Maybe I 'll catch you at a catered event, but sad (and a little upset) that your brick-n-mortar place was shuttered without warning!!!

Woody's catered my daughter's graduation party last weekend. We live out of town and had never had their BBQ before, but had heard wonderful things. We were more than impressed with the quality of the food. We were drooling over the brisket before the party guests arrived. The brisket was soooo moist and paired wonderfully with their house made sauces. The chicken melted in your mouth and the pulled pork had a great spice. The sides were equally as wonderful and the cornbread was perfectly moist. Thanks for such a great product and we are always happy to support a local business!!!

Absolutely amazing evening! Excellent food ! Excellent staff ! Excellent entertainment on the outside patio! A true gem in Crawford County! Owner came out and checked on customers as well…..

Great looking place. Dining inside and outside. Dine in, take-out and catering. Service is fast and friendly. Food is awesome. There's something on the menu for everyone. if you haven't been there yet, you need to get there if you love good barbeque.

This place is awesome! The meat is all slow cooked and divine, and the service is so personalized I felt right at home! Thanks Janelle xo! They don't just do BBQ either; breakfast is also a unique Woody's specialty. (Scott you early bird you! And they even do live tunes sometimes! Come on down, byob, you won't be disappointed, I promise!
