I have visited this restaurant a few times while traveling for work, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The sushi is exceptional, and they offer a separate vegan menu with a wide variety of dishes, ranging from small nigiris to large salads. They have many classic dishes as well as some unique creations that are surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend trying the spicy miso soup. The overall dining experience is superb, with elegant fine dining atmosphere that is sure to impress anyone you bring along. While the prices reflect the quality of the food and experience, they also offer a vegan set menu for £22 which is a great value.

I recently tried the vegetarian takeaway options from this restaurant through Deliveroo. I ordered the seaweed salad, garden roll, and green maki. The seaweed salad was a mix of seaweed, daikon, snow peas, avocado, and sesame seeds. The garden roll consisted of sweet potato, asparagus, avocado, daikon, and red cabbage. The green maki included Jerusalem artichoke, avocado, chili, and coriander. I thoroughly enjoyed all the sushi I ordered. The flavors were delicious, and I loved the combination of textures in each dish. While the prices were a bit higher than typical sushi, I felt they were justified by the quality of the ingredients used. Overall, I was very impressed with the unique vegetarian and vegan options available and would love to dine at the restaurant in person in the future.
