Mcdonald's - Camarillo

It took 20 minutes for my order to arrive, and when it did, it was wrong despite me having repeated it three times to the staff.

I only write this because I have great memories of these mcdonalds as a child with my family on the way to Pismo Pis. standard for mcdonalds may eat here is above average of mcdonald standards.

I went to the drive-thru and, despite seeing at least four people served before me, they never took my order. I waited at the speaker for a while and eventually decided to leave.

I had to rate them two stars because they consistently got our orders wrong. Perhaps the staff needs to take their time and ensure that each order is accurate and complete before handing it over to the customer.

Absolutely rude. Had a drive thru operator mimicking whoever and didn't even get my order right. Missed an item and then I called and spoke to a gentlemen. I asked for a manager and he said he could help me, unsure of it was a manager or whom I was speaking with he repeated back my order and that's how I knew she missed the item. She rushed me to be done and kept saying, is that all? Interrupted me and said is that all? I do not understand the need to be rude to someone for no given reason.
