Ameci Pizza Kitchen - Camarillo

I've been going to this Amechis for years. About 3 months ago when I was picking up my order, I asked will you guys chop the salads? They said yes. So after that every time I ordered I would request the salad chopped. Never a problem, perfect every time. Tonight I went to pick up and noticed it was not chopped. I asked the employee and he looked puzzled. He went and talked to a cook and he said they only chop the cheese and meat, not the lettuce huh? Then he went and got manager. He said basically the same thing. I told him I order this every other week and they chop the lettuce as well. The manager said as long as he's worked there, they've never chopped the salad. Sorry guys, you just lost a long time customer. Don't like being lied to.

Had the best customer experience I had for years. chris was very pleasant and friendly and gave such a great mood that I could not help to ask him for his name because I immediately wanted to leave a review after leaving. the pizza is delicious and I will certainly come again more frequently, just because of chris. many thanks for such a positive experience.

Very professional and pleasant service. I got a really good pizza with high quality ingredients. The waitress was so nice that she offered to pack the last piece of takeaway pizza.After a long journey it was a bit noisy for me as there were a lot of people. But I think it's just my tiredness and the fact that the restaurant is full of people is only its charm :

ADDITIONAL CHARGES WITHOUT TELLING YOU. BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING FROM HERE. I placed an order and after seeing the total and paying they adjusted my order online without telling me and added an additional 6 adjustment fee as well as another .95 charge that just says fee, and a 5 delivery fee. How can you add a charge without telling the customer? I wouldn't go into a store and buy something and later have an additional charge added. So in the end I paid 46 for a large 3 topping pizza and a salad. What a rip off. Go to Toppers. No hidden fees. I spoke to the manager who sounded like a teenager and all he could say is, it's the website we use, I'm sorry for the inconvenience I guess . You guess? On top of that the pizza was overly salty, oily and soggy. The ranch is like water. The only good thing out of ordering pizza from here was the driver. Very nice kid. Will not be ordering from here again. Toppers and double play are much better and professional.

My husband and I were debating on what to eat and settled on pizza. I am glad we settled on pizza because the pizza was amazing.
