Bidra med feedbackWe went for the sushi, which was good… but the starters, wow! The Singapore Slaw is their signature dish — it contains 17 ingredients and the combination is just perfect. The Yukon Matchstick Potatoes are the best “fries” I’ve ever had; the Pulled Duck Roll is nicely accented by goat cheese; the veggie dumplings have an interesting texture to them and come with a great sauce. We were too full for entrees, but were told that the portions are very generous. If you’re in the mood for dessert — they have an amazing chocolate mousse and selection of ice cream and sorbets. Finally, if you’re in no rush to get home, check out the roofdeck for a great view of Thomas Circle.
Went to Zentan during its opening weekend. The word clearly hasn’t gotten out because the place was quiet. The ambiance is pretty standard upscale Asian Fusion but very elegant. The sushi was extremely fresh and we had some creative rolls in addition to the quality sashimi, Did not delve into the entrees but the menu looked very interesting. The absinth rinsed cocktail was delicious too.
