Bidra med feedbackTheir baked goods are really good but small selection and always out.Service in the other hand is horrible, the staff is so rude and unprofessional, especially the young lady that works morning with the short orangish hair and piercings. She makes it seems that she giving free food when we paying our money. She’s very rude and management needs to work on her customer service skills. Remember customers are the reason your business is open! No customers no business!
I visited the Qualia stand at the Fairlington farmers’ market today. The man at the stand was not nice at all. I asked for a cold brew without ice and the person working with him poured it and then he said I could not have it without ice because they only brew so much concentrate (even though the employee had already poured it! . I offered to pay for two and he rejected my offer and then I offered to leave a big tip and he continued to be hostile and say that the coffee wouldn’t taste right without ice. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will never go back. He made me feel like I had done something wrong, even after I offered to pay for two and give a big tip .

Small selection of baked good but good small scones. Blueberry muffin, orange zest cranberry muffin, cheese and chive scones, and cookies.
Very unfriendly unwelcoming ?? such a disappointment because I love coffee and tea this (location) is super convenient, right down stairs.. However I know when I'm (not) welcomed. Regretting the 1.00 tip I left ?
