Pete's New Haven Style Apizza

The 18% ‘Hospitality fee’ is absurd. You place an order, fix your own beverage, grab napkins and silverware from a bin, then wait for your food. What’s worse is the fee was added without notice from the cashier or adequate signage posted and the POS system automatically populates a tip before signing for your order.My kids like Pete’s, but they tear the cheese off and refuse to eat the rest. That’s the best I can say about this establishment.

I've always loved this place but the service has gotten bad (cashier barked what do you want and there was no line), food quality has gone down (soggy pizza), and the price has I increased with a 18% hospitality fee that the cashier didn't tell me about until I asked why the total was so high. There is better pizza out there. Even the arancini that I used to love wasn't flavorful.

My family has been getting Pete's for years. The food is absolutely amazing. It's some of the best pizza I've ever had. Their margarita is amazing and their house salad as well.

This is the best pizza place in Tenleytown by far. I got the sausage mushroom slice and it was delicious, not to mention huge: basically a whole meal for 5 bucks. A great place to go with friends!

I had a slice mushroom sausage at 1H45pm today pizza good as usual.But service especially the cashier girl look at me like her worst enemy no hello no nothing.
