Why is there a 5% service charge on the receipt? For what? In addition to tip? Just adjust your prices and be transparent. Before anyone defends this, would you sell something at one price and then quietly charge an an extra 5% afterwards?

Ordered fish and chips. Fries were great but in my view the fish was not fresh and had an odd taste. My wife tried the fish as well and felt queasy after. Entirely possible that we got unlucky with the choice of fish that day.
Food was amazing. The best we have ever eaten. Cooked to perfection.
