Excellent food , lovely resturaunt, many areas to sit . Bright and welcoming . Manager and staff very helpful with planning our dinner. Visited with my daughter last night Definately a place to have food on a visit to Caltigarone . Will be back .

Sloppy food in Caltagirone. Low quality ingredients and cooking. The place is located in a nice apartment though. Not reccomended

One of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of dining in in Sicily, or anywhere in the world. The flavors, local ingredients, and personalized service made this an unforgettable meal and experience. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

This was one of the few restaurants open in Caltagirone on Monday AMAZING FIND. I had the risotto (carnaroli reserva)with local pork sausage artichokes. The plate was brushed with a pesto that added another dimension to the already super flavorful dish. My partner had the Iberian pork plums honey lacquered in toasted hazelnuts breadcrumbs . Your eyes close, your tongue can 't speak, because it is being caressed by the caramelized sweet crust of the meat your teeth are crunching the hazelnuts. So much is happening with texture flavors, it is just a culinary party with your tastebuds. Giuseppe knows his food, ingredients, processes, wines above all hosting. GUARANTEED a delicious unforgettable culinary experience.
