Szechuan Restaurant - Calgary

Since the lease expires on July 31, 2022 and the owners retirement plan, Szechuan Restaurant was shut down permanently from August 1, 2022. Thank you my dear customers for your 16 years support. We will miss you.

Had diarrhea. Food is not clean! And they don’t do take out!! Very disappointed!! There are so many alternative Szechuan restaurant so we will never choose this restaurant again!!

Not so friendly staff.Only 1 server when it was pretty busy.She couldn't handle herself serving.Foods are so so.Was better before.

Food is brilliant. I crave that spicy potato salad and the hot pots. Honestly go eat here. The only issue I have is that the restaurant needs a good deep cleaning but I will overlook that because the food is so good!

The waitress asked us to pay before we could even receive our orders. Then when she checked that we didn’t include tip after paying by card (we usually tip with cash) she demanded we pay her a tip said it was mandatory. We haven’t even received our food and she was already demanding for a tip said it was mandatory! This is the first time I’ve seen a restaurant demand a tip! The food is a total waste. It’s salty and tasted aweful. The customer service sucks. The place is dirty. The bathroom is dirty. I will never come back here or refer them to anyone! Save your money and time! Worst Chinese restaurant ever! The food don’t taste authentic!
