Roasterie - Calgary

It is quite ironic that the best Vietnamese ice cream in calgary is sold by a caucasian Canadian. also Vietnamese restaurant owners come here to buy coffee for their business. I could not stress enough how good the coffee is here!

I love this place! the personal is always friendly. they have so many choices to borrow and very know about coffee. I also made a delivery from her place, one of her employees literally gave me my order. they knocked my door, waited for me to open the door, gave me my command and said thank you. it is simple, but so rare to get this delivery service in these days!

The girl with the short brown hair was the sweetest and most beautiful person I've ever met. She made me a wonderful coffee!

Went when they were really busy and was impressed by the girls behind the counter. they helped them get a taste and a kind of coffee and their order quickly submitted. they do not know what money they deserve, but hope the owners appreciate the service they give. they are very good. Thank you!

I am a 27 year old lady who loves trying coffee from unique cafes all over the world. I heard about this coffee shop with an interesting atmosphere and came with my daughter to enjoy a drink. My daughter and I were utterly horrified by the experience here. The girl working was picking her wedgie from the outside of her pants but digging deep in the backside crack to pull it out (she is slightly obese) and then she directly touched the rim of the coffee cup to pick up the cup to move it to the espresso machine. I was in shock to see blatant disregard for sanitation. She continues touching everything in the work station area doing other tasks without washing her hands. Can you imagine what they do when nobody is looking?! Especially in this day and age, cleanliness should be paramount concern for coffee shops. It’s not worth the risk of getting sick from people like this who have no regard for other people’s health and well-being. Shame on The Roasterie!
