Bidra med feedbackThe service at this restaurant is terrible. I went to the CrossIron store and the owner was incredibly rude, refusing to even listen to a customer's issue. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had.
The restaurant's prices are a bit high for what you get, but the food is good. The service was quick, however, the staff seemed a bit short and slightly rude, but it was towards the end of the day so it was understandable. Overall, it was what you would expect from a high-end restaurant.
I usually enjoy the marble plate, but today's experience at this shop was one of the worst I've ever had. My partner and I decided to grab some ice cream on our way out of the shopping center. We thought it would only take 5-10 minutes, but it ended up being 20 minutes. Customers who arrived after us were served before us, and they even began serving people who came after us before our order was completed. The person taking our order had a hard time listening to us and we had to repeat our order multiple times. They also didn't clean the cold stone before scooping our ice cream, so we ended up with cotton candy remnants in our vanilla and chocolate flavors. On top of all this, they decided that a Friday at 3 PM was a good time to train a new employee, which only made the service slower. I have no plans to return to this restaurant again.
They made it so watery. that's not how marble plate should be. it was tried in other cities and it was great. but this is the second position I try in calgary who do not know how to do it. they literally gave me ice juice that was terrible.
The new guys service is good, however, the one more senior is very unfriendly -seems unhappy because I'm redeeming my free stuff which I earned! Keeps on saying that Marble Slab's Corporate is different from those Marble Slab franchise It's a good to know but keep in mind that customers doesn't care, it's all the same Marble Slab in the eyes of the customer.
