Gong Cha Country Hills Bubbletea

It's a neat little store and the drinks are pretty good, however, on 3 separate but back-to-back occasions I have gotten a leaky container. Twice it was the side of the container breaking somehow while it was still in the carryout bag and once it was the seal at the top. All 3 times it leaked as a result. Wouldn't recommend because of this.

Visited this Gong Cha location for the first time. I always love their milk tea, especially oolong milk tea with foam is my favorite.This time I tried strawberry smoothly with brûlée. I really did not enjoy the drink, strawberry tasted artificial and it was not flavorful. Brûlée did not mix with smoothly, I drank brûlée part separately and it was good.This location has bubble waffles, no other food items like corn dogs.Store is new and clean, I liked tables are not too close to each other so I had my own space to enjoy my bubble tea.Vegetarian options: Yes, they have plenty of VEG optionsKid-friendliness: Kids friendly!

I came today at 9.30 and they were closed early when the scheduled says they closed at 10. All my family drove there (13 ppl), they also saw me outside, I tried to open the door and they just laughed at me. I'm disappointed because they can just change their schedule on the platform and not make people go out for nothing.

Very loud music, blenders (of course) and silly nasty, dirty covid barriers, difficult to order, not very welcoming. I only stop if my daughter or wife request me to, would never stop on my own, there are more welcoming places to go.

My family really enjoys the bubble tea from Gong Cha. It's always a great experience.
