Pita Pit - Caledonia

Went here yesterday evening, staff was friendly and helpful, place looked clean, and the food was great.

Not like it used to be..was always welcomed as soon as you walk in the door, not today. Young children running around the kitchen and prep areas. Speaking in their own language and not to the customers. No smiles or thank you or talking with customers. Not like it used to be!!

Walked in asked if I could order a pita, staff member groaned and mumbled something. Asked her to repeat herself she said yes you can. In an unwelcoming tone. After a long pause she said I 'm like really tired. I decided to take my buisness elsewhere.

Didn’t have a great experience today. The worker was on the phone the whole time were we in. There were long pauses in service while he chatted. And not surprisingly, our pitas were garbage. It wasn’t even busy. Get off the phone and do your job.

Is it protocol to make you chips on the top grill as the same time you cook chicken onions and falafel ? All the cook did was push them to the side then start frying on the grill next to chips . Then proceeded to mix up my pitas and put meat in wrong ones then mover her chips back on where food was cooking thought this was a franchise ???
