Jia Xing Restaurant - Caledonia

Located in Caledonia, this small family-owned restaurant is the best option for Chinese cuisine. It has managed to uphold its reputation over the years, despite the increase in prices. The portions are generous, making it worth the cost. Lately, there have been delays in pickups, which may be attributed to the restaurant trying to keep up with the demands of the expanding town. However, despite this minor inconvenience, the tasty food and plentiful leftovers for two people still make it a top choice for Chinese takeout.

The restaurant is now under new management. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience as the food was served cold and each dish tasted similar to the one before it. In addition, the portion sizes were small and prices have gone up. We have decided not to return to this restaurant.

I have been ordering from Jia Xing Restaurant for more than 5 years and have never been let down. The food is always incredibly tasty.

Take out only for now during covid, but great food, great prices. Call in and pick up in 15 minutes. Very nice staff.

Best chinese food in the area! We like the standards but they've also got some of their own house dishes that are great. Very quick and always fresh.
