W4d? What's4dessert? - Calderdale

We enjoyed a salted caramel sundae, a tub of mixed flavors, and another ice cream at the restaurant. The atmosphere inside was pleasant and quiet, which made us feel very comfortable while dining. The staff, particularly the girls who work there, were very nice.

W4D Halifax branch is one of the best desserts place, best customer services, Hassan is a very pleasant and caring person! Well done

Ordered our food, but the staff seemed disinterested when asked what the best things were. Waffles were cold, food was inedible, and they weren't interested when we tried to complain and didn't answer their phone when we got home.

Bad service. Asked for a table to get cleaned and the staff said they're busy. Never bothered to clean it up. So we had to move the tables ourselves. Asked staff for water twice and no one bothered to give it, just as we came out they all of a sudden saw us and purposely took glasses out! Not happy at all. Won't be coming again. It’s shame but fair do choc stop up the road :

Ordered a few times but last few times it’s taken 90 mins to deliver?! You pay for delivery too and this time it ewes so late and cold on arrival. Poor. Trying new place next time
