Bidra med feedbackThe service is terrible, they couldn't even tell me the prices of the food in order for me to go to the bank to withdraw cash. When I have ordered from them in the past, they quoted a certain amount of time and it always ended up being 30-45 minutes longer than that. I have complained to them before and they showed no care or attempt to make it right. I think it's time for me to try a different restaurant. I do not recommend this place at all. Absolutely shocking!!!!
I waited for over an hour and a half to be told, when I called back to check on my order, that they had not even started cooking it. They then canceled my order because I was upset. I would not recommend this place.
I have been a loyal customer of this takeout restaurant for some time now because the food is always hot and delicious when it is delivered to us. However, about a week ago, we tried to place an order but had trouble using the Just Eat app. Our initial thought was that the restaurant had either closed down or removed themselves from Just Eat to save costs. A few days ago, we received a menu through the door with a note stating that they are still open and have updated their menu on Just Eat, so we needed to refresh or update the app. I am grateful that they are still open and look forward to continuing to enjoy their curries. Thank you.
They didn't bother to let us know they had cancelled our justeat order until over an hour afterwards. Terrible service.
See title no good. If they are not able to make the order don't leave me waiting an hour and a half, now im starving and cross!
