Burger King - Calderdale

This place is running a scam, do not visit here I went to order a meal and the price displayed was £9.49, when they asked me to pay they were asking for £10.69, I asked them why they were not charging the display price and they said that I had to pay additional tax, when I asked them what this tax was they said it’s just tax that everybody has to pay. It is a legal requirement to display the price and to include the tax, I am very concerned that they are conning innocent people who don’t know this They are over charging people I have already reported them to trading standards and hmrc, let’s hope they get shut down soon

The staff was okay, but I overheard them discussing another customer in front of me. Additionally, the bottle of water had already been opened, so I wasn't sure if it was safe to drink. The size of the burger was disappointing as it was much smaller than expected. Overall, not a great experience.

5.00 pm 12/1/23 , Drive through was very slow , only three cars in it including us , took 15 minutes , ordered large cheeseburger meal , no pickle or mustard , with coke , and another cheeseburger no pickle or mustard . Got home to fries and a Whopper ! We don’t like Mayo so it went in the bin ! What a waste of time and money ! Very disappointed , terrible customer focus and service .

I ordered food from Burger King in Halifax through Just Eat. Unfortunately, my order never arrived, even though the app indicated that it had been delivered. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I plan to lodge a complaint in person tomorrow, but I will never use this dishonest establishment again.

How stop people from buying your food let's not except cash that is legal tender. Franchises shouldn't be allowed in this country. Will be posting at least twice a day with a 1 star till this changes .
