Ci siamo seduti e abbiamo atteso, come altri clienti, dopo un bel po è arrivata la cameriera, ci ha chiesto dal banco cosa volevamo; Ci ha portato un Franciacorta senza nessun accompagnamento se non alcuni grissini. Nonostante il locale sia carino, totalmente inappropriato il servizio, oltre alla mancanza di cultura in materia di vini.

Wir sind eher zufällig in diese sehr gut sortierte Vinothek gegangen und waren begeistert: eine sehr umfangreiche Auswahl an Weinen und Ölen und vor allem eine hervorragende Beratung! Wir werden die von uns probierten und gekauften Weine und Öle genießen und gerne an den Besuch dieser Vinothek zurückdenken.

Today I would like to recommend the Kaldarum wine shop in Kaltern. This small but fine wine shop offers wine, spirits and delicatessen, not only from South Tyrol, but from all over Europe, with the focus of course on Italy. There is also an adjacent small wine bar. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent customer service. My experience: I just wanted to buy a bottle of sparkling wine from South Tyrol for my wife's birthday. Nevertheless, I was immediately presented with three different types of sparkling wine, opened and offered for tasting. For someone who only wants to buy a bottle, I found this to be a remarkably courteous way to treat customers. After I put the bottle in the car, we turned around and enjoyed two more glasses at the wine bar. Thank you very much for this wonderful treatment! It certainly won't be our last visit. See you again in October 2024.
