Michael's Pizza - Calabasas

I ordered online to be sure that I have a 1/2 cheese just pizza plus other ingredients. They confirmed they understood. I didn't check the pizza until 30 minutes after the arrival of my guests. I found it wrong. Only two slices had cheese instead of half the pizza. When I explained the error, I was struck with argument instead of help. I told them if everything they wanted to do would argue with me, I would order more helpful restaurants.

The best Italian pizza I've had since my trip to Italy years ago! The crust is perfect—flavorful, thin, and just the right texture without being flat. It’s also an excellent price for such high-quality taste. Thank you to the team at Michael's Pizza!

The quality of the pizza was dropped. I think they need to improve their recipes. Pizza?s taste started absolutely different compared to years ago? they can get fast pizza, but taste is among the prices they ask.

I suggest minimizing interaction with the staff, as they seem a bit frazzled. Keep your requests brief and to the point, wait quietly for your order, then pay and grab your pizza without further comments. Straying from this routine could lead to uncomfortable situations. Avoid asking to purchase dough for making your own pizza at home, as they do not offer this and will be quite irritated. They do have some outdoor seating available, but we usually opt for takeout. If you're looking for a quick dinner while in the area, this is a decent option. However, I wouldn’t recommend making the trip if you’re more than 5 miles away.

The pizza is very good, you won't find better in Calabasas. It gets extremely busy in there, so maybe that's why there's been some bad reviews for the phone skills. If you have a lot of people or kids to feed. I like to ask for extra cuts in the pizza. This makes for very thin slices and everyone seems to get enough. Ordering online was easy enough. I will be back.
