Hello dear readers, The chef, who flew in from Italy, does an incredible job, the hot pot (clearly visible in both pictures) is served piping hot. Don't you dare touch it, the clay pot from 1932 has temperatures that you never knew existed. After waiting a little, the fork can be pulled out and plunged into the boiling pool of floating rigatoni. If the chef's specified waiting time is not met, you may lose all taste buds on your palate that day.
