We usually keep in this restaurant to enjoy our morning coffee, but decided to give it a try for Sunday dinner. the venue is soon filled and many tables were reserved so that it paid a booking. we found out that the set menus and...à la carte options offered a sufficient choice to appropriate trips, and the portion sizes were generous. we chose two different net parts (confit de canard filet mignon de porc aux pruneaux) and a caffe gourmand follow. the main pieces were beautifully presented and the accompanying kreatiw joined together. in terms of quality, taste and portion size, the meat was exceptional in both cases and exceeded our expectations. the Café-Gourmand was just as delicious and a great option for those who do not want to go their thoughts that dessert! Despite the busy daytime, the employees were welcome and accommodating. a very pleasant experience!
We were in a hotel near by which doesn't have a restaurant so looking for somewhere to eat on a Sunday evening. Found this place by accident. It was very pleasant as it has a lovely view of the river Lot and the Pont Valentre....This makes up for the food being a bit ordinary, though perfectly OK. Quite reasonable prices too. We even went back for another evening, but found it rather understaffed that time, though the one waitress on duty did her absolute best.
I suppose it is not necessary to be next to the train of tourists who descend from the boats and who see the bridge, the polite personnel is not necessary. attended at 12 o'clock before lunch hour. I wanted two coffees and the kid's menu. We had the clear impression that my order was a drawback. 5 other customers in a 60-room room for a 20-minute taste? female staff disdained. We left.
The valentine terraces are as its name suggests, located on the lot with view on the valentrated bridge. We ate a good lunch here; a duck and pork sausage with potatoes and oven tomatoes that was very good followed by an excellent local cheese plate to share. there were only two dishes on the menu of the black table and apart from that, there was a selection of tartines or salads. The service was very friendly. I suspect we'll come back at some point. It was a quiet place to eat away from the city that was very lively.
