Always an amazing time and great food. Service a bit lost but overall experience is definitely good. Food was fresh and tasty, I always order the same thing and never get bored with it.

We ate here a couple of very tasty hamburger, the problem was just that the beverage came to the table after the food under my 2 request. Besides this very quality meet and potatoes. Hope to come back and find a better quality service for a chain like this.

I ordered a fillet steak, medium, and it came out so rare that I had to ask to put it back on the grill but it took a while to catch the attention of the waiting staff. Fries are nothing more than frozen stuff, cooked in oil that could use a change.

So, I have mixed feelings on this place. As an American dude living in Italy, it's really tough to like this place, but at the same time, it's the only place I can find decent ribs. The burgers are pretty meh. I also find the atmosphere of the place pretty gross. I mean, I won't lie and say the Italian restaurants in the US are any better, but the mere presence of the Confederate flag is enough to make me gag. I guess go here if you're hankerin a rack of ribs, but, for the Americans out there, I recommend going to enjoy the Sardinian food while you're here.

Poor service and considering the quality of the food very expensive.
