Sain'bols - Caen

This place is a gem in a backstreet otherwise seeming a bit deserted. It’s for when you want to go for a coffee or lunch. It is true that I’ve have had better vegetarian meals, but the food is genuine and tasty, so I highly recommend this place. The best thing is that you pay according to your choice of serving. You add a euro if you are very hungry and subtract if you are not so hungry. Great idea to minimize waste.

It was really good, in addition to the things we usually find in the city, it is really a great opportunity to eat more balanced.

Small cozy and pleasant place. Held by a friendly young couple. Vegan cuisine balanced and tasteful and fast in service.
